Rawat Nirund Rawat has been teaching the craft of Kae Sa Luk for 25 years and carving for over 40. He learned it from his father who was recognized as Thailand’s leading artisan in the field. A multiple award-winner, he also spent 10 years as a chef in a leading international hotel.
