Our beautifully designed custom knives are crafted by a master artisan with over 40 years experience in crafting kitchen cutlery for fruit and vegetable carving.

All of our knives come with very fine sandpaper for sharpening.

NOTE: Never sharpen a fruit & vegetable carving knife with a sharpenning stone as this will shorten the life of the blade. Always clean your knife after each use with mild soap and water, dry, and then apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the blade before storing.

CAUTION: Use extreme care when removing the cap.

Please allow 3-4 days extra for each Antique Finish Sukothai knife since they are custom made to order. All other knives are shipped out from Thailand immediately.
